Finding a specialist and placing an order
Choose your city at the top of the site and find a specialist with the search or in the list of a category. Compare prices, ratings and clients' reviews.
On the specialist's page press “Order”: choose the service, the day and the time in Dushanbe time, enter the address and, if you like, describe the job. To order, you need to sign in with your phone number.
The site takes no payment. You agree on the price with the specialist and pay them directly once the work is done.
What happens after you order
The state of an order is shown on its page under “Orders”. You learn about each step the other party takes from notifications and from the chat.
- Waiting for an answer
- The specialist has to answer within a day, and no later than the time of the order.
- Accepted
- The specialist has accepted the order. If they gave the price you agreed on when accepting, it is shown in the order.
- Declined
- The specialist has turned the order down and given a reason.
- Not answered
- If the specialist does not answer in time or can no longer take orders, the order closes by itself. Choose another specialist.
- Completed
- Once the time of the order has come, the work is marked as done by the specialist, who gives the final price, or by you. If nobody does it, the order counts as done at the agreed price a week after its time.
- Cancelled
- You can cancel an order the specialist has not answered yet at any time. Either party can cancel an accepted order before its time, giving a reason. After that the order cannot be cancelled: if something went wrong, send a report.
Only the specialist who accepted the order sees the address, and for a week after the order is closed. A specialist who declined or did not answer never sees it.
Phone numbers are not shown in an order. While the order is accepted, and for a week after the work is done, the order's page has a “Show the phone number” button.
90 days after an order is closed, the address, the description of the job and the words given when declining or cancelling are deleted.
Requests and offers
If you have not found the right specialist, or would like to hear prices first, post a request: under “Orders” open “My requests” and press “Post a request”. Describe the job, choose the category and the city, say where and when the work is wanted and, if you like, your budget. You can add up to five photos: specialists see them, and they open by their link. A request needs no exact address.
Specialists who work in the request's category see it, without your name or phone number. They send offers: a price for the whole job, a message and, if they can, a day and a time. You learn about each new offer from your notifications.
You can compare the offers by price, rating and reviews, open a specialist's profile or write to them in the chat. Press “Choose”, give the day and the time and, if the work is at your place, the address: the specialist gets an ordinary order and answers it within a day. If they decline or do not answer, the request opens again with the other offers. An offer that does not suit you can be turned down.
A specialist can make an offer when their profile is approved, they are taking orders and they have a service in the request's category. New requests in the categories of your services, in your city and remote ones, are under “Clients' requests” in your dashboard. You make one offer per request: you can change it while the request is open, and withdraw it until it is chosen.
A request stays open for 14 days, an urgent one for 3 days, and one for a particular day or deadline until the end of that day. You can close it earlier; once the order made from it is done, it closes by itself. A closed request can be posted again. 90 days after a request closes, its description, its photos and the words of its offers are deleted.
Reviews
The client leaves a review once the order is done: a mark from 1 to 5 and, if they like, a few words. One order gets one review, and it cannot be changed afterwards.
A review is shown to everybody on the specialist's page and signed with the first word of the client's name. In the rating each client counts once, by their latest review.
A moderator may hide a review that breaks the rules: visitors no longer see it, and it no longer counts in the rating.
Becoming a specialist
Sign in with your phone number and open the “Become a specialist” page. The profile takes five steps: about you, where you work, your first service with its price, photos of your work if you like, and sending it for review.
A moderator checks the profile before it is published: that what it says is true, that the services and photos are yours, and that the name, the description and the services hold no one else's personal data, no links, no phone numbers and no advertising of other goods.
If something needs fixing, the moderator sends the profile back with a comment, which you see in your dashboard. Fix it and send the profile again.
Once approved, the profile appears in the catalogue. Changes to it are published at once, and a moderator looks at them later. A moderator may hide a service, remove a photo or hide the whole profile, and says why.
A moderator gives the “Verified” mark after making sure that a real specialist stands behind the profile. If you change your name, the mark is taken away.
Become a specialistThe chat
You can write to a specialist from their page, with the “Write” button, or from the page of an order. A client and a specialist have one chat together, and a line about each step of an order appears in it.
An open chat looks for new messages about every 12 seconds. The number of unread ones is shown on the “Chat” section.
Only the two people in a conversation can read it. Somebody who has deleted their account or has been blocked cannot be written to any more.
Disagreements and reports
Yori takes no payment and is not a party to the deal: the client and the specialist agree on the price, the time and the quality of the work between themselves. Discuss the details in the chat, so that both of you can see what you agreed on.
If something went wrong or somebody breaks the rules, press “Report” on the specialist's page, by a review or on the page of an order. Choose a reason and, if you like, describe what happened.
Only moderators read reports. They can hide a review or a service, hide a specialist's profile and, for serious violations, block an account. Moderators do not settle disputes about money: that is for the two parties.
Signing up and signing in
To sign up, enter a Tajik mobile number: we send an SMS with a six-digit code, valid for five minutes. If the SMS does not come, you can ask for a new code after a minute.
Then you give your name, make up a password and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy. The site can make up a strong password for you and copy it.
From then on you sign in with your phone number and password. A code by SMS is needed only to sign up and to set a new password.
If you forgot your password, or used to sign in with a code by SMS and have not set a password yet, press “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page: we send a code, and you set a new password. You are then signed out on your other devices.
Never tell anybody your password or a code from an SMS: whoever knows them can sign in with your number.
Deleting the account
You can delete the account on the “Profile” page. It can be done within ten minutes of signing in, and only when you have no open orders: finish or cancel them first.
The phone number, the name, the photo, the e-mail address, the password, every uploaded picture, every sign-in and every remembered browser are deleted at once and for good. A specialist's profile disappears from the catalogue.
The text of your chat messages, the words of your reviews, and the addresses and comments in your orders are deleted too. The orders themselves and the marks you gave stay with the other party, without your name.
Deleting cannot be undone. The same number can be registered again, but that will be a new account. More in the Privacy Policy.
